Hello guys, so I wanted to to upgrade the speed for Miro and any future character profile that is an immortal function users. So this is going to be a short crt, anyways without further ado, let's begin.
Please avoid derailing topics and toxic behaviors.
Photon Mages are categorized 4 different ways which is Sub-lightspeed, near-lightspeed, speed of light, and superluminal/Super-Lightspeed.
Sub-light, near-light, light, superluminal.
Photon mages classified speed into four types. By Shirone's calculations, surpassing the event horizon required speed faster than light—superluminal. V5C104
First well go to how this specific speed category works in the verse.
So this speed are the requirements for specific abilities to be used, an example of that is the speed of light. One must be able to feel or be as fast as the speed of light to be able to stop time.
Superluminal speed is a speed father than light, and the speed of light is at which time stops, so in turn moving at this speed means that the user is above the restraint of linear time. More proof is when Shirone was trapped at the space-time prison—a space where the flow of time doesn't exist—it was said that the only way to escape is to achieve Superluminal speed at which is described as "a speed faster than Light."

Yet, he still couldn‘t reach super-light speed. Without a true understanding of what it meant to surpass time, he couldn‘t wield magic through omniscience. His only remaining option was to fully unleash the Immortal Function. Even if it might mean being erased again, he expanded his consciousness without hesitation. V5C103
The only way he can go beyond it is by using the immortal function in which the "SPEED" of the immortal function is said to be instantaneous and is capable of spreading throughout the entire world instantly.

Normally this "Spreading throughout the world" just be infinite speed, but that's only if the world is purely spatial with no temporal dimensions. It was stated that the world Shirone lived in is a spot, which are a full on spacetime continuum.
"Is this the afterlife?"
"No. This isn‘t the afterlife. It‘s just a different spot from the world you lived in."
Shirone tilted his head in confusion. A point is one-dimensional, devoid of
space. When a point moves, it forms a line; when a line moves, it forms a plane; and when a plane moves, a three-dimensional space is created.
"Could it be...?"
Shirone recalled the white space he had just been in.
"That‘s correct. That was a spot. It‘s not that there‘s no space; it‘s compressed
infinitely."
As she spoke, it made sense why he hadn‘t felt any distance. However, even if he was trapped in a one-dimensional space, his body was still three-dimensional. If he could measure the distance between his right and left arms, wouldn‘t space still
exist?
"Oh, I see. A three-dimensional object exists within a one-dimensional space."

Additionally, the immortal function allows the user to become one with the world.

"Correct. The Immortal Function expands one‘s perception to encompass the whole. This village exists within an orb. It would not be inaccurate to say there is no world beyond it."
She placed her hand on the farmer‘s shoulder. He transformed into light,
spreading across the entire sky. As she clenched her fist, the scene shrank again, and the village fit back into the orb. Shirone stared at the orb, which glowed with light radiating from the farmer.
This farmer expanded into the whole through the Immortal Function. V5C101
So in turn, this world is a full on spacetime continuum that is infinite in size, and the immortal function encompasses all of it, capable of becoming one with it, in turn this would mean that they're everywhere within the entire world.
Here's a chart showing how fast Superluminal actually is.
As you can see, it's Soo fast to the point that SoL isn't even comparable to it, this also shows that Superluminal speed doesn't have a finite "Limit" to how fast it can get.
Basically the immortal function becomes the world merges with space and TIME in turn this would mean that the user is anywhere and everywhere at the same time giving him omnipresence.
Conclusion
All immortal function users would get:
Either omnipresence for this, if not then immeasurable speed is also okay. The reasonings would be SoL and eventually Omnipresent/immeasurable via....
Being able to casually roam around freely across linear time qualifies for immeasurable speed. However, traveling to different time periods through movement is a common feat in fiction that often leads to inconsistencies and has been done via FTL travel or running laps around the earth faster than it rotates. This can lead to characters being assigned an additional, independent, speed rating for the ability. This should preferably be evaluated case by case.
"Going beyond time through raw speed alone" and is stated to be able to traverse the world(spacetime) instantaneously.

Anyways, Immeasurable Speed is temporal movement, it doesn't always have to be the same in spatial terms. You can be FTL but also immeasurable at the same time, it's judged case by case as said in our Speed page.
Also, you can add that the world that the Immortal function expands to is Infinite in size (iirc it was in Chapter 2~3 of the manhwa when shirone tries to sense magic and enter his spirit zone for the first time)

Not really, moving beyond time means moving beyond time in literal terms here due to how the verse works, since he is required to understand what it means to move beyond time to be able to get to superluminal speed, it would mean that once the character understand it they can move beyond it as long as the necessary mental strength is present which he succeeded when using the immortal function, an the immortal function being able to encompass the whole would be a supporting argument for it.
Infinite speed can still be argued as moving beyond time because it's moving at 0 time AKA without time passing. which is how it can be considered as beating time or moving beyond it
The speed of thought is referring to the speed of light, as he was clearly referring to how his spiritual body having no mass and the requirements for moving in the speed of light in this verse is having no mass like a photon and being in spiritual state, he has no mass essentially his always moving at the speed of light.
