No at best IZ is 1 timeline, he still in the middle of breaching to other timeline when Zeno erased him, but well in a hypothetical situation when Darkseid still can't find a way to deal with IZ, IZ gonna merge with other timelines and increases his size eventually. He could potentially merge with the entire cosmology given enough time

What matter now is if Darkseid with his CM can interact with IZ or not, that the problem. IZ definitely can't affect Darkseid due to his conceptual AE1
