Information type 2.
If memories are depicted as fundamental information that underpins reality (e.g., memories as data structures that define a person's history or existence, akin to Information Manipulation Type 2 "fundamental information that composes reality"), this can layer on Information Manipulation (Type 2). Even then, it doesn't auto-extend to every listed category without further showings. Memories as "information" might allow data-like access/editing, but altering a memory doesn't necessarily rewrite the physical laws or spacetime that recorded the event.

Are you asking doesn't info mani 2 cover everything or what?

Yeah I'm bit confused tbh cuz they said fundamental reality, and a being existence is part of reality not really all of reality, but the scope of memories does expand further than just being existence as it can also affect existence to a very high degree, so I think that it has to cover the entire cosmology or at least that part of reality rather than just individual/being existence, though I think I know the answer now.👍

Oh, okay. Just needed to know if you needed a breakdown. If you get it now that's wonderful.

Yeah if it affects and functions like the "blueprint" for reality, if that makes it easier to understand, it qualifying for type 2 info should be more than possible

No, nothing here indicates IM 2; it would be more likely to be reality-warping.
Well I mean...we were being charitable assuming there was context missing, on the flip side though, if it's an ongoing series and alr has this laid out. The chances of it later becoming IM2 is very likely

Here's some of it.

“That land ceases to function, becoming a blank white slate as its memories—its entire history from past to present—are drained away by the Monument of Memories, disrupting the continuity of time. Once absorbed, it is no longer soil but reduced to inorganic matter, making restoration impossible even with seeds or water. No matter what the world’s leaders do, nothing can stop it—the world will ultimately be reduced to nothingness.”

Hmm, maybe some additional context regarding the monument of memories mentioned here, but given what it mentions about reducing everything to inorganic matter, making restoration impossible and nothingness. It is def some kind of reality warping/reality wide EE (whether it's IM2 specifically) will depend on how the "memories" of the world underpin reality I guess

I will not argue it tbh just asking🥀

Yeah fair enough, it's just usually the mindset some people have when answering QnA's, I think you def have something cooking there. Hope the feedback helped you out a bit
