Hi everyone, I think I’ve reached a point where I can reasonably help evaluate intelligence ratings when they seem either too high or too low based on evidence shown on the profile.

I’m making this thread so that anyone that feels unsure about a character’s current intelligence rating can share it here. If you think a character might be highballed, lowballed, or been placed inconsistently with their feats, feel free to comment.

I’ll do my best to go through what’s provided, look at the reasoning behind the rating, and offer evidence based reasoning on their rating where I can. Hopefully this can be useful for anyone who’s been on the fence about certain profiles or just wants a second opinion.

Hey I have one and I want to ask how you'll rate this intelligence.
Tsubakura is described to be altogether a mysterious genius, called “the greatest prodigy in all of history” by some people despite their young age. When they were in the outside world, they were given a research team and a laboratory, and they made many great discoveries. They were able to create a nuclear weapon alongside their research team in the outside world, and alongside Suzumi, they created the artificial human Kurohebi who excels at being covert, being imperceptible to both biological creatures and machines except through sight, and they also created sentient creations such as NiLU. They have also created medicines, weapons, war arsenals, and even a nuclear weapon by accident before. Tsubakura is also stated to be in charge of the Magritte, which is an interdimensionally transcending limited express train, and is believed by Kuroji to be capable of setting up a complex research facility within the limited time they’ve been within the feudal era Mugenri. They also created a two-dimensional cloth that prevents Yabusame Houlen from traveling through dimensions. They are credited with inventing various Spell Cards and Danmaku Toys - a type of weapon used to fire danmaku - prior to the events of Evanescent Existence. They are stated by JyNX (The Creator of the Series) to have an immeasurable IQ
