I'd just like to start by asking aren't Squirrel Stapler, The Pony Factory, and Iron Lung all connected? I believe I heard that they reference each other. (Haven't played Pony Factory) Even on steam all three games are referred to as "The Night Fever Series."
I kinda doubt it changes anything about scaling or anything but it's worth noting.

Squirrel Stapler and Pony Factory are explicitly set in the same universe, same with Butcher's Creek
All of which are implied to be prequels to Iron Lung set before the Quiet rapture

Also you could probably get the Frog destroying the submarine above Wall level considering how thick submarine walls are and what they're made of
