Is Ace Attorney anime canon?

Cause the anime follows the same story. It's the same reason when a lot of Manga and their anime shows are considered canon. It's the same story, just with minor edits.
Ace Attorney anime is just an animated version of the games and manga. Was discussed in a thread I made a long while back and was generally accepted to be used.
Especially because we actually use the anime to calc one of the feats Phoenix has.
