I see some profiles treat it as Mid, I see others treat it as Low-Mid. Which is it?

Is Regenerating from Getting Shot in the Head Low-Mid or Mid regen?

What if the specifics aren't given? Like we just see a character get shot in the forehead and they regen just there on the spot?

If the brain was like split in half, it be mid, but just restoring a hole would probably be Low-Mid.

"Mid: The ability to regenerate from decapitation or severe brain damage"
A hole in the head would be severe brain damage pretty sure

Getting shot in the head means your brain is gonna get scrambled like an egg be it close range or long range. Though especially close range, so I'd say it's gonna be mid more times than not.
