is this an earthquake?

the earthquake calculation page says ;
"Either a large area being shaken or evidence that we are dealing with something earthquake-like and not just some minor shaking would be needed."

the shaking feat is from a meteorite hitting earth, and the sound that the shaking made lasts for like 5 seconds,the screen also shakes when it hits the ground + you can hear the crackling sound from like 700 meters

I believe it is worthy of an earthquake feat as the impact did cause tremors in the area. Thought it should be taking to consideration how to calculate it, as it would be considered radiating tremors out from the epicenter of the meteor impact.
