I understand your stance, but Deidara's statements are likely coming from the information provided by Kabuto, because Edo Tensei isn't a well know jutsu, it is, in fact, a forbidden Jutsu with only a select few knowing about the mechanics, it makes no sense for Deidara to make the statement if he didn't get some information from Kabuto or at least be an author intent to inform the reader about the mechanics without making needless exposition by a character that's not physically present

However, I do agree with you in regards to Low godly not being a 100 percent concrete, just thought id mention the above statement.

• In the later scans, he looks to be same crater spot as he has not moved so it does look like he regenerated from no pieces

This Regenerationn feat would at least support Mid-High and with Deidara statement - Low-Godly Regenerationn, to me.
