Is this High-Godly?

If a character has Type 2 Conceptual destruction where you are completely removed from existence, but you still regenerate, would that count as High-Godly. Or if somebody conceptually destroyed you and erased all of existence alongside it

The ability to regenerate after erasure from all aspects of existence, such as from history, narrative/plot, or conceptual/information destruction.
 
If there are no higher aspects of existence (like regenerating via a narrative and/or one's history) then yes, it's High-Godly.
 
I think that seems like High-Godly if made specifically elaborate.
