Is this High-Low or Low-Mid regeneration?

Alright, so a character who's part-Mantis, part-Cockroach regenerates her eyestalks and the bladed ends of her arms.

Does this count as High-Low or Low-Mid regeneration?

(In other words, are the bladed ends of raptorial forelimbs closer to severed fingers or severed arms?)

Looks to be High-Low IMHO.

Low-Mid starts when you survive severe organ damage (Like getting stabbed through the abdomen) or you can heal back limbs (Like regenerating your hand being chopped off).
