Is this R>F?

The verse I'm looking at has a handful of characters whose souls reside in a seperate world. These souls have a couple of visual feats where they view the baseline world as fictional mediums. In addition, characters associated with this soul world frequently view the baseline world as "nothing." Entering the baseline world, either through avatars or sealing, is considered "becoming nothing." Soul world amps are always involved in cross-world interactions.

Is this a case of R>F? If not, what kind of evidence is missing?

I could see it but you must be mindful of anti-feats as well.
