You’re trolling right? Gearshift stomps and if Orochi is reduced enough he can’t fight back except through absorption as a blob, Regen doesn’t even save him. Skill is irrelevant if he gets blitzed and one shot, massive air attacks amped by Fa Jin are ending him, it’s 20 uninterrupted minutes of Orochi getting his ass beat.
He can’t copy anything he’s doing cause it’s a biological ability as well so Orochi is just cooked within the first 10 seconds, idk what you’re saying with this one.

Also to people saying absorption counters Deku, if he’s moving so fast Psykos can’t react she isn’t absorbing him. If he’s makes contact with her then her body is exploding from the strength difference same way he punches holes through people relative to him, there will be no mass there to absorb anything and he’ll be too fast for her to respond other than noticing she now has a hole all the way though her body.
99% of her arsenal is countered by her not even being able to perceive him while he ragdolls her and ignores any attempts to actually stop him due to 100x ls gap + true flight, with her saving grace being the psychic shield around her, which slightly beats out Overdrive’s 5x AP amp. And that is on the presumption Deku doesn’t just stack more than 5x power to break through it as he is stated to be capable of increasing his strength to the point of destroying someone “without a trace” left behind.
Deku can literally grab Psykos with Black whip and yank her out of the planet if he wanted to and she would not even know what is happening to her, so roots don’t matter and she is never destroying the planet.
His AoE doesn’t need to match hers it just needs to be enough to destroy her which it is without question, he can literally slice her in half with Blackwhip or just punch hard with Fa Jin and kilometers of her body are being gouged out.
Psykos gets dog walked with the only advantage being the psychic Barrier that Deku could potentially get through anyway with his strength amps beyond 5x like going Plus Ultra, and if he gets pressed to that point his soul destruction DESTROYS people that have soul resistance like Shigaraki, so her struggling to overpower Orochi is TERRIBLE since Deku has an explicit feat of KILLING someone that did that exact same thing (Shigaraki vs AFO).
If Deku touches Psykos and decides to destroy her via transferring Gear Shift then she is dead.

I mean, you can make it a post if you want. The biggest issue with Deku versus these OPM characters is that he's often taking a massive speed advantage.
Even when it's equalized, some issue pops up (like Psykos's abilities in this case, or Orochi's skill). So I'm not sure what to do anymore myself.

The massive speed advantage + analytical prediction has always been an advantage in every versus thread he’s in. Speed equal doesn’t change it either since gearshift and fa jin is a speed blitz amp.

Completed Quirkless Shigaraki and 100% Deku were both as fast as Prime All Might. 100% Deku with just gear shift perception blitzed Shigaraki to hell and back.

Fa Jin itself can blitz people faster than Deku (genuine blitz as in they can’t react).
Gear Shift makes Deku be able to blitz to you, punch you several times, launch you into the air and chase you before you have even realized that you got hit a single time.
