James Bond vs Plankton (sorta) (GRACE)

Given Bond's nature, to avoid a laser beam he'd more than anything use the Q Bike which he can also shoot firearms from. Given this, he'd shoot MC down with enough bullets or some 9-A rockets as he outskills MC by quite a lot. Bond takes it
 
Gonna have to say Mr. Charleston sadly. Bond nore his guns should be strong enough. And while a rocket could one shot. So can the laser. And the laser is a lot faster and harder to avoid. Plus Mr. Charleston would naturally whoop James if he got too close cause of a good AP advatage. I think it's like x4 at least.
 
I mean... technically... it's the only literal weapon we see him use. And is in the scenes of the episode he is in. Albeit very few scenes.
 
Can it deal with two homing rockets at once which can be spammed ? At speed equal, James should be able to dodge the laser on the bike
 
He's 9-A here so by default he's on a vehicle. Against a laser wielding Villian the bike makes the most sense for him to use since it wasn't specified in the OP
 
Ahh. Ok. It that's the case. Yea. I'll take bonds side. We don't have enough to confidently say if Charlestons laser could get a shot in against the bike. And since his durability doesn't scale. He gets one shot before he can one shot. Bond FTW
