Japanese brackets are funky

【回復】
The text alone translates to the word "recovery". But, there are those two funky brackets around it that mess with my head.

Some translators will give you "[Recovery]", some will give you "【Recovery】", and some will just give you ""Recovery"". What do I use for the Wiki? Personally, I've been putting down the names of the techniques inside of quotation marks, but I'm not too sure that's the best way to go about it. Also, these (「」) look cool, so I'm doubly conflicted.
