Yeah Spamton got upgraded to 9-A. There’s no way Jevil is breaking 9-A wires with his downgraded 9-B AP. This should probably be removed.

First key Spamton is still 9-A and we don’t exactly know if Spamton was referencing Jevil when he said “I’LL EVER SURPASS THAT DAMNED [Clown Around Town].” Although the most logical person to be thinking he would be referencing would be Jevil, he could be referencing Queen, Mike, his mysterious phone call person, or anyone else for all we know. Plus maybe Spamton didn’t know his own strength or how strong he is compared to Jevil (if he was referencing him).

since when were the wires 9-A? they're wires. they have zero durability feats. spamton himself is 9-A but there is no reason why his wires would scale

It's part of the character's anatomy. Kris and co are unable to cut multiple wires at the same time. Fighting won't break the strings. One string survives the likely 9-A explosion from NEO.
It scales, Jevil can't win.

Spamton is strong enough to kill Jevil with one hit and Jevil can't even harm Spamton.
