Oh boy. So as always, James scales to 516.64424 kilojoules by fragmenting doors and such. I'll be nice to Jill and say she pulverizes skulls with the description on her page so 37.5648 kilojoules. 13.7534138342x difference.

Although Jill might and probably does start with more heavy weaponry than James, which may prompt him to do something more tactical than just try to shoot her out.

If that is the case, James can probably get away and take some hits if he need to and just EMP her weaponry and sleep manip afterwards. Thus, I vote James.
