Psaro has death manipulation... And also sleep manipulation from what i see on his page, Jiren losses.

Sleep is expanded upon but that Death Manip I didn't even take into account as at this point we don't have that elaborated on the profile any further than "Death Manip" which is as worth as having some tier 2 with Reality Warping and not explained what they do with that.

Anyways if Psaro is too much I can probably use this guy instead.
