This isn't in his cartoon and in a forest, meaning some of his most powerful abilities are useless. The forest is the Wendigo's home turf for crying out loud, and will easily have stealth and will become stronger when it eats a part of Johnny. So the victor would be the Wendigo.

Characters don't change to match what's 'realistic' for the senario or the location. You don't take away abilites just because it's not a cartoon, that kind of logic would make a lot of VS debates pointless as we strip a character of a lot of what defines them for arbitrary reasons.
