I have a question...Joji Joestar has a third key called Beyond yet his stats only cover the second key so...is there a stat and what would it be??

That Beyond can only teleport Joji and his companions. It's nearly useless and only use as a plot device. The Beyond itself admit that it's just a plot device. I say it's an unknown tier.

Just because it's beyond space and time doesn't mean it can actually create and destroy anything.

Of course just not ultra combat applicable but the beyond half his character. Could be considered outside help but the novel basically starts and ends with him getting him and learning how he uses him.

Uh like pokemon or ff summon.
