Joker faces off against somewhat Batman copy (Joker vs Black Noir)

This is DCAU Base Joker vs TV 9-A Black Noir. Speed is equalized and fight takes place in the night of a dark alley in an empty street. Both have prior knowledge of each other, and Black Noir has his optional equipment.

Vought basically has enough of Joker messing around with their supply of Compound V and sends Black Noir to eliminate him. Black Noir eliminates most of the lackeys until he finally meets him.

"You remind me of Bats. Just another jerk with no sense of humor!" Joker smirked.
