Julius range/some additions

Julius should have at least Country level range with Chrono Anastasis time reversal. It covered entire Clover Kingdom.

Also Licht stating Julius can destroy time is very important to his profile. Something like "likely Existence Erasure", as seen here.

Higher durability with Mana Skin (created a thread for it) and most likely Enhanced Senses with Mana Zone (it also greatly increases users senses as it was explained, but of course it's not the only thing it do).

Agree and all people should have Statistics Amplification that can use Mana Zone.

It's still a confusion that if licht use his magic for whole kingdom or just upon capital

It was the entire kingdom. Licht's attack was seen ever above Hage, Asta's and Yuno's village that is extremely far from capital.
