Well new era Kakashi still has his clones, including Lightning clones which means Paralysis is still on the table. He also has purple lightning which has a far greater range and potency than Raikiri which means it can easily one-shot here.

one shotting one element is easy but one shotting 7 or trying to oneshot 2 elements that fused to create a new element that one shotted an amped antagonist that is hard as heck
