Kakyoin vs Jotaro, rematch.

Kakyoin doesn't know about the time stop and Angry Marine Biologist picked up using projectiles more after his fight with DIO. Jotaro did get hit by Ratt of all things but I think all that plus prior knowledge on Kak's abilities gives him a big edge.

I don't think Jotaro knows about 20m Emerald Splash either, but as far as hidden trump cards are concerned, some danmaku is no match for a time stop, especially since Jotaro already would have an idea that Kakyoin would be using some kind of projectiles.
However, DIO had 10 seconds of time stop to navigate through HG's tentacles, move closer and donut. Jotaro with a reduced duration on his time stop would manage less than half of that. Imo, he manages to avoid the initial barrage but gets swiss cheesed by the rest before he can time stop again. We know Jotaro struggled against Bug-Eaten and its ricochets and Kakyoin has a far higher rate of fire than Ratt, not to mention, can actually attack from all directions.

If its 20 meters then yeah I feel the same, Time Stop loses its potency to the 20 Meter emerald splash, Jotaro is slightly slower than DIO even with out the time stops so.

Jotaro didnt really struggle against Bug-Eaten, he got gimped by it due to being so much faster then it that he simply plucked it out of the air, without time stop, which infected him.
And he had no issue dodging the shots when trying to dodge, it only became an issue when Bug-Eaten richocheted, which only got Jotaro because Jotaro wasnt expecting that the thing would have that type of intelligence to calculate angles and shots like that and Jotaro only noticed after getting hit, which snowballed as his legs and body got melted, unless Jotaro is assuming Kakyoin cant sneak attack, richochet, etc then he should be able to block with little effort, especially given that Dio, himself could block all the attacks with only one emerald out of hundreds managing to get a hit in and he's much slower then SP.
Honestly given that Jotaro knows how smart Kak is, knows that it can sneak attack, stealth, has the emerald splash, knows that it can attack from multiple directions, etc Jotaro wont be making the mistake he made with Bug-Eaten, which he assumed was as smart as a small rodent, and Jotaro only needs to cover 18 meters, that's only like 3 time stops at most, or a few seconds total in Kak's perspective due to cooldown, which Kak would likely take half of those seconds wondering what happened trying to figure it out, which he would but I doubt he can within like 5-10 seconds of time in his perspective.

Star Platinum is much faster then Dio though? If Dio can block the 20m emerald splash himself then Plat should have no effort needed to do so given he can semi-blitz Dio.If you mean movement, yeah, but it's only 20 meters, hell part 3 jotaro can run 25 meters per second, dont think Part 4 is that fast though.
