Kamen rider ( Kugga - Gaim ) vs Naruto Verse

Naruto characters show some feats but only the higher tiers stand a chance. First if you mean the 15 Heisei Riders and their secondray riders, the Riders can win. Kabuto and Faiz can use Clock Up and Start Up, baiscally making everything near froze to them. Ryuki can travel through the mirror world. Decade can use the first 9 rider's abilities. Kuuga can go ultimate and was stated to easily destroy the world in that form. A lot of the Riders as continent busters and the effects of live action in Kamen Rider can only showcase so much, also despite what many in forums state, Naruto characters are not Mach Speed, if they were, they could easily run over 760 mile per hour, though some like Naruto, Gai and the 'Kami' Tiers could. A lot of people overestimate Naruto characters really and this is coming from a huge Naruto fan. This is the main reason why I stay out forums each universe is different and has their own strengths, the only univers I don't compare to is DBZ. Also the Neo-Heisei Riders (W to Gaim, Drive and Ghost) are overpowered themselves as are each of the Heisei, Decade is considred the strongest rider or was, Gaim in Kiwami arms is actually stated to be a 'Space Kami'. Wizard easily tossed someone to the sun, a kaijin who could revive himself and become stronger. Also Genjutsu wouldn't work on the Kmaen Riders since they do not have chakra and also they are technically wearing helmets. I would say the Kamen Riders would win this round.

some of them are star lv(kuuga agito decade) planet lv(gaim) time stop(ooo blade) MFTL(kabuto wizard) FTL(kabuto wizard faiz) reality warping(gaim) if we add more kamen rider then there is evol who can create a black hole and cronos who can stop time or even oma zi o a future version of zi o who have ability like decade violent emotion and genm lv bilion can move the moon with his bair hand, ex aid novel gamer can warp reality and change history and his muteki gamer form which can't take damage and ghost who defeated great eyezer
