Kamisato kakeru vs Misogi kumagawa

Just a battle between 2 normal highschool boys(i think)

Misogi with all fiction and bookmaker

Kamisato with world rejecter

Win by death,incap or bfr

Speed equalised(Unequalised if its a stomp)

None that I remember. Misogi by the end of the series is very well adjusted and generally happy with his lot in life despite being a freaking weirdo. He even cries of happiness seeing Medaka come back and finally win by winning the "bet" that no matter what, she would just surbive and come back to them again.

If he has no inconsistencies or no waving ideals/motives then WR won't work and this is immediately a stop. Unless we're allowed to ignore that mechanic.

Im more so intrigued by what would happen when their powers collide so yeah ignore that mechanic if need be

WR would take precedence and null it, since it can take precendence over even power-null abilities like IB.

Possibly, Kamisato still has to react to the projectiles properly and has to get within range since it's dependant on his shadow's length, so it's more effective at night since he has a mobile flashlight under his shirt to extend it. Also generally if you're a target for WR you'll feel a mental pull towards it, though I'm not sure if that was merely only for the Magic Gods or can be applied for everyone else.
