Kang scales to/above 3.026 Petatons while Hela scales above 563.86 Teratons, so it's about 5.36658x in Kang's favour

Kang's only means of winning looks to be Paralysis Inducement and Density Manipulation. Hela would likely easily win this match-up if Kang tried to fight her head-on with Energy Projection since on top of already being stronger, her AD is busted, she's far more skilled, and her Regen makes it really hard for her to be put down. Additionally, she should be able to pierce Kang's armour far better than the Quantum Ants did. I'm not too sure if Paralysis Inducement is an instant win on vs threads here but Hela has way more ways to kill Kang and likely would most of the time.

Oh, my bad lol I guess I didn't read the rules right. That makes things more even now for Kang but I'm still leaning towards Hela. Her being overpowered by Post-Awakening Thor made her skyrocket from High 6-B+ to at least High 6-A. The difference between Kang and Hela isn't enough for him to one-shot so if he doesn't finish the matchup quickly then he could very quickly be on the backfoot. That being said I could see myself voting for Incon if Paraylsis Inducement and Density Manipulation are enough reason for Kang to win.

I'd like to point out High 6-A/5-B was just the max AP she got during the events of Thor: Ragnarok, in the final fight against Surtur

Being KOing by Post-Awakening Thor made her a lot stronger, but still within the same tier as him since he still held his own against her afterwards, while weary and injured

Depowered Hela's scaling to Surtur needs to be changed sooner or later anyway

Also, I checked and Paralysis Inducement can be a result of/a form of Telekinesis, which is only Peak Human for Kang in this case, so I don't think that would work in this case

Since Kangs Paraylsis Inducement probably wouldn't work on Hela and even if her Depowered key's AD gets downgraded her Necroswords will still be more than enough to pierce Kangs armour. Kang could definitely win in a couple scenarios but Helas just too good a warrior and too versatile for him so I'll be voting her.
