Its going to be Bakugo Post- When he fought Midoriya in Season 3 (Episode 22-23) meaning he's a lot faster and his explosions are stronger.

Weiss will only be in Volume 1-3.

I think Weiss takes this, more variety (though not by too much), higher dura and iirc AP but I'll hold my vote since Bakugo might get upgraded
