Gran Torino is backward scaled from a 8-B feat which should put him at 10 tons while Katsuragi is 4 tons, he's at least 2 times stronger than her. Also he's a far more experienced fighter considering he's been fighting for over a dozen years and is one of the most skilled Hero in MHA.

Not only that but going into frantic mode won't close the gap and will just make it easier for him. With the way Gran Torino likes to bounce around the battlefield, she'll have a hard time hitting him.

Gran Torino wins via better skill/experience, higher AP/Dura, and more mobility.

Okay, Gran Torino's AP has been lowered so his AP advantage isn't really a thing anymore. Right now he should be 5 tons for being superior to a Pro Hero like Snatch.

Gran Torino still wins though, with his higher skill/experience, mobility, and speed. Something I forgot to mention earlier is that Gran Torino should be faster.

I kinda think that SK characters have hypersonic reactions due to the fact that in the original game they were playing table tennis with the ball going possibly faster than a bullet
