I'm assuming this is Pre-KAT Rihito?

If so I'm going him 8/10.

Both are around the same level of skill considering they rely on brute strength along with their inhuman hand strength to aid their brawling. Sikorsky can take more punishment as seen by his numerous beatings from Baki, Gaia and Jack, but Ichiro is just plain tougher.

Once Ichiro figures out that he can't hurt Sikorsky with his normal attacks, he'll quickly bust out Razor's Edge and start tearing away at him. We've seen him use it for both offensive (slicing) and defensive purposes (counters to strikes and grapples), making him dangerous in a CQC situation. Sikorsky will try his dirty tricks and taunts to get Ichiro to get him to lose his cool, but he simply doesn't have away around the AP gap and the versatility of Razor's Edge.

Ichiro walks out with a couple of tiny scratches and light bruises, maybe a messed up eye at worse.
