Kenpachi and Yachiru

I think Kenpachi created Yachiru similar to how Starrk created Lilynette, it's obvious she is his Zanpaktou but how does she have a separate power set, unlike Kenpachi? Does that mean Kenpachi Reiatsu is so powerful he created a sentient being unknowingly even though she was allegedly found in an alley as a child?

What do you guys think about the implications of Kenpachi and Yachiru's relationship? and how they're related?

Ken "found" her after he'd stolen a zanpakuto and made it his own so its not the same as starrk/lily.

He didn't steal a Zanpaktou he found an Asauchi and imprinted his soul upon it pretty much, but he never awakened the blade until the Unohana fight.But it's pretty obvious Yachiru is like the physical manifestation of his zanpaktou.

Oetsu called it stealing but I don't feel like going back and fourth over as pointless as semantics so call it what you want.

Zaraki got zanpakuto before the fight against unohana, Yachiru is something like lilynette, his desire to fight against unohana did Yachiru born, Yachiru was the name of Unohana when she was the first kenpachi, so zaraki gave the name Yachiru for her, after that he defeats unohana, which was his desire, he awakens the shikai (bankai) and Yachiru disappears.

Awaken to zanpakutou is a means of overcoming, the powers in bleach have to be with his personality, the Shcrift is a good example.

Smiling and getting up, Yachiru looked up at the "stage" 'Gremmy' had produced. Zaraki Kenpachi and Gremmy battled on top of an enormous cuboid that was formed by raising up the ground.

"I have to go!"

"Aah, please 'wait' lieutenant Kusajishi! You shouldn't move around so vigorously yet……"

Isane's outstretched arm slipped through quickly as she broke off into a run.

"Finally……'Finally' Ken-chan can call out to me……"

She faintly murmured.

Those were Yachiru's words, the last that Isane had heard.

Well, fans already know about this, but confirmation is good.

What I don't get is why Kenpachi didn't show the abilities of Sanpo Kenjuu.

That isn't his Zanpaktou, it's weird because Shinigami are not supposed to have major differences between Bankai and Shikai but Yachiru has a completely different sword.

There is also the fact that she is a physical manifestation of it most likely,which shouldn't even be possible outside of filler.
