KFP Minor Tier Adjustments

As made evident via Mortal Kombat and more recently JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, we no longer maintain the rule of "you need a calc to get a plus sign"

With that in mind, I'd like to propose that the Furious Five ought to be 8-C+, as all of them-- with the exception of Mantis-- manage to significantly stagger Tai Lung, who is a bit above baseline, at least once in this scene.

And Mantis should easily be comparable to the rest.

Also worth mentioning that Monkey hurts Po with a punch here.

Uh, nobody said that you no longer need a calc to get a plus.

You can get a plus if a calc places you very close to the median of the tier and someone is far above that in verse.
