Well, this will be reserved mostly for the reaction speed of Android Kikaider and Kikaider 01 characters.
Kikaider (Original);
The Speed of Light rating comes from Scorpion Brown's Thermoluminescence beams and Hakaider Shot's bullets being lightspeed. Now, I've created these profiles with very little understandment of these topics, as I was more focused in getting feats for attack potency, but I can now see the issues.
For Scorpion Brown, the only part that might be SoL regarding thermoluminescence is it due to ionizing radiation, which travels through electromagnetic radiation, but it only absorbs this radiation, so his beam alone wouldn't inherently travel at the speed of light.
For Hakaider Shot, this was most a mistake from my part. The second scan currently being used for "light beams" is claims his right hand (where he grabs the gun) shines with a silvery light, which is referring to the weapon's shiny nature, not that it shoots light. Granted, the "high-frequency" part could be Speed of Light if it is implied having radio waves in the frequencies, but given how it is shown visually, it is mostly related to vibrations/sounds, I don't know if this has a specific speed, but it is not Speed of Light as well.
Speed of Light downgrade
Kikaider (Original);
Kikaider 01;Speed of Light reactions and combat speed (Could casually dodge Scorpion Brown's Thermoluminescence attacks[28], generated by radiation)
Speed of Light reactions and combat speed (Dodged Gill Hakaider's Hakaider Shot[20], which releases high-frequency light beams)
