Killer Peter Speed Upgrade

Hello everyone!
This is my first serious upgrade attempt, and I really hope it goes well—so, let’s get started!

Recently, a new calculation I made regarding the speed in Killer Peter was accepted, and the result came out to be High Hypersonic+.

Because of that, I’d like to propose a speed upgrade for Lavin (currently without a profile), an A-rank killer, as well as the Apostles, who are far above A-rank in terms of power.

I believe this upgrade should be valid in terms of scaling, as the series has made it clear on multiple occasions that Apostles are vastly superior to A-rank characters. Even A-ranks with achievements close to that of the Apostles have been shown to be unable to defeat them.

Yeah, I've checked over the calc and it seems perfectly acceptable. If the verse has a consistent measuring stick for something like this (sounds like it does, with the ranking system) then I can find no problems with this CRT. I approve.

Actually, I already updated their profiles to High Hypersonic+ a while ago, because I heard that if 2 admins approve it, it’s allowed to be upgraded immediately.
