I would go with Tohno Shiki for both rounds. MEoDP is pretty op, ignoring durability outright, and if they're both at their strongest in round 2, then Shiki will have similar stats against King Bradley, plus MEoDP.

King Bradley has better reach though... Around two times.

Shiki is fighting highly trained and experienced combatant who will use faints and keep distance. So range advantage will remain as long as Shiki's luck give him chance to cut Bradley's saber. But Shiki's stamina is not suited for prolonged battle even as Satsujinki.
