Currently, Sha'tra is 7-A because he is able to survive from the destruction of a planet.
However, we can see"The view from the spaceship window was breathtaking. " on this page of the vs battles wiki.
This sentence shows that Sha'tra's spaceship have this durability, but the original page writter give Sha'tra that isn't protected by spaceship 7-A tier.

So Sha'tra's tier should be unknown,7-A with spaceship.
Also, there is no evidence that Vez'nan can kill Sha'tra easily.
Consequently, Vez'nan should not have 7-A tier, his tier should be unknown too.
The calculation on this page is wrong too, because it use surface area of Sha'tra's body to calculate. However, we should use the surface area of the spaceship to calculate.

The feat did seem weird ngl, this might mean his ship is more durable than 7-A due to higheer durability but yeah, sha'tra should be downgraded.

There might be other feats worth noting tho, vez'nan for instance violently fragments a cement bridge over 3 seconds

What part of the text implies that? All i see is him being inside the ship, even the "planet he was still on" doesn't imply it because he is still on the planet ecen when inside his ship

Yes, also in Kingdom Rush 4 he destroyed the wall of a castle on one level in the game

I think it would've been better using the soldiers on the wall, they should be as tall as humans and they are literally standing on it.

The pieces left were not fairly big, they were fairly small, fragmentation is when they are broken into large pieces relative to it's original size, so it should be violent fragmentation.

Don't think that's stone, just because it looks like it, might be better to search for the the common material used for fortress like that, if possible.
