Ya know what, I'm gonna say Kira, if only for the fact that we know Stands can shrink down to a microscopic and cellular scale (Kak and Pol) but JoJolion Kira has shown the ability to do that as well. It isnt that much a stretch to say that Part 4 Kira can do the same when his Stands have literally shown the capability to do that.
Idk if Kira even knows he can do that with his stand, he can but idk why he would know that. Although idk wtf a cancer would do, Kira can still selectively explode things in his body
I mean, Kak nor Pol didnt know they could do that, they just kinda figured they could so they tried it. Kira probably doesnt know he can do it but he'd probably give it a shot and be happily surprised when it works.
Actually would BTD work on cancer? I mean it shouldnt, but this cancer is sentient and basically a mini human so it should work in theory?
That's a half truth, they only needed HP to see where The Lovers was located in the first place.
Kakyoin actually has shared eyesight with his Stand (same with most stand users), Polnareff unfortunately does not, so really only Pol needed HP's aid.
Not to mention Sheer Heart Attack being able to slip in and attack a specified target is a thing, and SHA doesnt detonate or aim for Kira, ergo the only thing that SHA would actually attack in Kira's body is cancer, at that point it's just a matter of waiting for SHA to find it.
Yes but SHA doesnt target Kira, it'll only explode when encountering a target or foreign object. Which basically leaves cancer, given that's gonna be the only thing in Kira that'd SHA would like actually target.
That or Kira could just like, look around for a way to pinpoint the cancer, then just have Killer Queen go get it or even SHA, Cancer isnt gonna kill him anytime soon, he literally probably has a few months depending on where it's located. If Kira knows that he has cancer, literally nothing is stopping him from like walking into a clinic, finding where it is then vaping it.
That's true, but Kira isn't immune to the explosion, and the human body is reaaaally big when you shrink down to the size needed to travel through it via veins. It would be like looking for a man in a city. Also, if you wanna get technical, the human body's full of foreign objects.
>Kira isn't immune to the explosion, and the human body is reaaaally big when you shrink down to the size needed to travel through it via veins.
That's true but JoJolion SHA has already shown the ability to be able to pinpoint a and destroy a target while at cellular size. The only difference between the two SHA is one is heat seeking and one can duplicate. If KQ shrinks down though that's a non-issue given it's remote control an follows commands, if ordered to find cancer then destroy it, KQ will do just that even if it takes a bit.
>Also, if you wanna get technical, the human body's full of foreign objects.
Yeah I was thinking about that too, but it depends on if SHA would consider those apart of Kira or not. It's honestly a tough call. But Cancer is definitely a foreign entity (well at least this cancer).
>That's true... though SBA means no outside help.
Doesnt need outside help, he just needs to find the tech and do it himself and given the match takes place in Central Park he actually doesnt gotta look far, probably only a few blocks, hell he can kill the staff if need be. He has more than enough time to do it.
I think we can't be sure this Kira to knows SHA can do it, keep in mind the other Kira was a surgeon, while logically Kira's knowledge of this stuff isn't above a normal educated human's.
Chemoterapy takes months, and the operations themselves take hours. Kira would have to first plan out his treatment, not an easy feat since actual doctors **** that up sometimes, learn how to use the complex machinery, somehow manage to do so without alerting anyone for hours, as killing an entire hospital's worth of people would definitely attract attention on him, and do so over and over and over and over till he's cured.
Also, this Cancer guy's got:
Shapeshifting
Creation (of puppets)
Immortality
Which all would be rather troublesome, as Kira could eliminate a puppet, or a part of him, or even kill him but have him come back, and he would have no way of knowing he'd still be there until too late.

You're under the impression that Kira would literally wait months despite knowing that he has a cancer entity in his body. Stands shifting size isnt some obscure power, it's something most can do, Kira just has to try it and given he has months to try it and he's well aware on the nature of Stands, it's only a matter of time before he decides to give it a shot. JoJolion Kira being a doctor (not a surgeon, he's done some minor surgeory and has helped but that aint his occupation) has no effect on any of this, all Kira needs to know is that he's literally fighting cancer, which OP already said he knows, at that point Kira just has to have KQ or SHA go take care of it upon finding where its located.

Uh, no he doesnt? He just needs to find where the cancer is located, then have KQ shrink down, slip and and go kick its ass. He just needs to figure out how to operate x-ray machinery and maybe a cat. Everything else you said is overexagerating what Kira actually needs to do. That's a bunch of pointless steps that he himself probably wont want to do anyway.

None of that is an issue against KQ, Cancer cant even see or interact with KQ, and given KQ effectively has no range while within Kira's body (much like HG and Chariot had, but worse given it's his user's body), it also means his MFTL speed goes into full effect as he's not limited by a 1m range, once KQ finds cancer, there's literally nothing cancer can do against a MFTL, non-corporal, invisible cat that can annihilate it and all of its duplicates completely without any retaliation due to the speed and invulnerability to it. And his shapeshifting is pointless in this situation given Kira dont got anthromorphic cells. His immortality is redundant given how long it takes to come back, Kira would win as per SBA as his opponent is incapped for probably a few years. And when he comes back, cue the same process of KQ going in to kick some celluar heads in.
By the way, I'd misunderstood when you said he had to go to an hospital, that's why I mentioned chemo.
I didn't know about the resurrection and cloning limitations, as I haven't actually read the thing. The idea of KQ just going full VERY fast cat going at incredible hihg speed is pretty funny though.
I've actually read Cells at work up to Cancer's second apparence, feel kinda bad for the dude though, odd how I feel bad for literal cancer but eh. The dude is quite literally just an anthromorhphic cancer, his abilities are just abilities actual cancer would have, just anthromorph'd. His duplication is just taking healthy cells and making em into cancer, but that's done over time. And his resurection takes a long while, just like actual cancer.
His only actual non cancer power would be his weird ass tendrils and Venom-esque things (on top of being humanoid and having actual intelligence), but that aint helpful in the slightest in this match.
