Kirito is in his Alfheim Key, and this is Post-timeskip Weiss. Speed is equalized and Summoning is restricted because "loltierjump".

In summary: She's just much more versatile than Kirito, even in his Alfheim key. Only thing Kirito has going for him here is flight and ranged spam, which Weiss can close the gap anyways with her glyphs.

How is she supposed to blitz him when he has better reaction and combat speed?

This is a very close matchup but at his best being alicization kirito he just barely beats her.He has the broader aresenal and better ap and durability.

Theres also the fact that kirito froze 30,000 people in a flash of light so what does weiss have to combat that?

Speed is equalized but Weiss can amplify her speed with time dilation to become 4x faster than her speed normally.

Kirito doesnt have anything from Alicization, just Alfheim.

Nothing but Kirito cant do that here.

She ain't beating Incarnate Kirito who flashfroze 20k people and transmuted his opponent into a conscious, unmoving tree.

Anyways, this matchup is heavily tilted at Weiss' favor. SAO just doesn't have the variety to counter semblances.

If he goes into CQC in character (He does from the admittedly little I have read so far) He gets one shotted
