I mean, Ezio already lost against Batman so prolly not.

While the fight was 8-C Bats, it really won't make much of a difference since Altair's strongest stuff, the Apple is basically nothing but useless due to Bats having waaaaaaaaay better resistance.

A Kingpin could be pretty good opponent thematically and most versions are around the same tier iirc

Not really. Most of the Kingpins around don't get much above baseline 9-A
