This will be simple.

I don’t think the current 5-B rating is justified for the Konami World characters.

The whole “planet being at risk” comes from the story, but it’s more about Waruda causing chaos and invading, not actually showing planet-level destruction. Even the blog of the verse points out that these are more narrative or environmental effects.

On the other hand, the accepted and currently in use calc since 2024 gives results around 7-A, which matches what we actually see, characters fighting enemies, breaking obstacles, and progressing through stages.

Also, even though it’s a crossover, it’s clearly stated that you can’t fully scale from other franchises per wiki rules, so higher feats from series like Castlevania or Gradius shouldn’t be used here.

Overall, the planetary rating feels like a stretch, while 7-A fits much better with what’s actually shown.

All the characters in the verse would be affected by these updates.

Waruda could potentially get a higher via environmental effects, since her mere presence causes space-time chaos and allows multiple Konami worlds to merge. However, this wouldn’t qualify as a 2-C feat, as that would require actually destroying entire timelines, not just fusing or affecting them on an unknown scale.

Thoughts?

Wait, I thought merging timelines did give 2-C, like, wouldn't that fall under the definition of "significantly affect"?

Merging timelines would be 2-C AP but not something physical stats would downscale by default.

Edit: Ninja'd by SomebodyData

Without confirmation that she merged the universes, it’s not valid to scale her to Tier 2.
All he's saying is that it's Environmental Destruction on a 2-C scale, no one is scaling 2-C physical stats.

Talked with Apex on Discord; to clarify, the worlds / planets were merged but there is no indication that the timelines / universes were.

Could have phrased it differently, but that's the gist of why 2-C via ED isn't valid either.

That makes sense then, interdimensional range could still be valid though.

The main problem is that the game never specifies the extent of the merging, and the canon novel, being in Japanese and difficult to access, might clarify it, but for now its scope remains unknown.
