Krillin's Destructo Disc upgrade

Krillin easely cut second form Frieza's tail off with kienzan. So Krillin should be ranked something like "5-B, likely Low 4-C with Destructo Disc"

Cutting feats like those do not apply or scale to regular AP.

What do you mean? Damaging Fieza feat doesn't count because Krillin did it with cutting attack?

precisely, cutting damage is way more direct and does not yield as much Destructive capacity as regular blunt force.
