Kyogre vs. Optimus Prime

Assuming the Earth-out-of-orbit calc's High-End, Prime would have a one-shoting 7.5x AP advantage, Kyogre best is to start with AZ to damage Optimus, but in the end he gets sushi-ed.

Assuming Low-End, AP is negligible, OP is the better fighter by a long shot, that with his superior stamina and Matrix that should work as the trump card, he should take this with 7/10 diff.

So either he wins decisively or stomp outright depending on the End used.

Mind explaing which End is the one used on the for OP's tier?

Also, nevermind change it to Inco, if not leaning to Kyogre, the whale has better range on top of greater AOE, has several status effects including freezing, confusion and paralysis that will severely damper OP, on top of Stat Amp and healing to make it worse.

The feat itself is knocking a near-Earth sized planet out of orbit, perhaps even out of the solar system. The clip isn't the clearest on where exactly Cybertron goes, but it definitely got knocked out of orbit.
