???% scales above 68 Teratons so unless I'm misunderstanding the verse page, he's over 5 times more powerful than Law, on top of becoming more powerful as time goes on.

He's also bloodlusted innately and is willing to immediately either crush or twist Law to death, or blast him with kilometres wide energy blasts.

On top of all of this, he can recall and manifest powers he's seen from memory but this is admittedly not that likely early on into a fight.
