Yes, it explicitly mentions members of the Order of Shadow and Noxian soldiers.

Let's see, a paragraph from a story not on Universe (aka non-canon) which even the LoL wiki agrees with and has such classed it under "Old lore". Dishonest debating at its finest right here, claiming to use canon lore when it's actually old, outdated lore.

2nd and 3rd paragraphs make no mentions of her fighting both Noxians or the Order of Shadows, which what you put as reasons for scaling. So are admins allowed to lie about things blatantly contradicted by fact checking?

A story which has no inconsistencies which would label it non-canon other than your (Frankly severely biased) opinion. There is no proof that it is non-canon and as such it is going to be used.

Except you are conveniently leaving out the fact that it's not on Universe, which is where canon stories are. So you use the LoL wiki, but somehow disagree with both it and Riot that the story is non-canon. This is dishonesty at its finest, when anyone can easily check and see the lie.

It doesn't, every single thing she sees is from memories of people she's absorbed from, with no mention of fighting anyone. It isn't like she needs to fight either, given that she can just charm people, so this is all speculation.

WoG didn't say "If it doesn't contradict current lore then its canon", they said "If it's on map or universe then it's canon". This isn't disregarding everything from before 2017, there's some stuff from before that that's on Universe, and that is still canon.

If they're not on Universe, they're explicitly not canon from WoG statements.

There isn't a lot of canon stuff not on Universe or Maps. This is just making stuff up once again.

Also universe blatantly does have non-canon stuff on it such as alternative concept art, behind the scenes videos, and even an entire tab for alt universe. Being on universe alone doesn't make it canon.

That said, the trailers aren't canon no, because often people die in them that aren't dead. And they feature champions that have never met. And multiple characters just don't have the same lore/abilities they did when the trailer was made- so the "character" in the trailers sometimes doesn't even exist. And Riot has pointed out the game and lore are separate- meaning you can have content only related to one and not the other. Hype trailers for gameplay only are a thing.

Like virtually nothing supports most of the trailers being canon and a lot points against it.

Well if "It has to be on Universe to be canon" is wrong, then I don't think we can use that to automatically dismiss content that isn't on Universe, without another statement showing that it's non-canon.

Twitch - Subsonic reactions and combat speed (Able to speedblitz normal people)

Rammus - Subsonic reactions and combat speed (Able to cross several kilometers in a short period of time), Higher with Powerball

Same as above. They are all claims made without the supporting evidence as required by wiki rules.

It was agreed to give "Universal Subsonic, except for featless characters like Annie", as you can see from Assalt's posts. Weekly applied it on a few characters that weren't accepted yet, and those characters were later discussed, and most were accepted. 4 are still pending acceptance, and one has been rejected (and Weekly has rightfully changed that character to unknown)
