Leon Kennedy (Resident Evil) vs Aki Hayakawa (Chainsaw Man) (0-0-0)

So Leon is nearly 4x stronger than Aki, which is big, granted Aki fights folks much stronger than he is, so it doesn't matter. Aki also has a pretty huge durability advantage thanks to his suit. Leon will need to target his head if he wants to win, which is easier said than done when Aki's precognition has let him react to all of Leon's attacks. One hit from Aki also means death via his High 8-C sword.

Leon's only shot here is his flashbangs and P.R.L 412 being able to disorient Aki and create an opening for a head shot, but that requires Leon to keep a fair distance, or else he will also be disoriented.

Voting Aki here, he will much more easily close the distance and make Leon unable to use his wincons and eventually cut him down.

He actually doesn't have to. Devil Hunter suits mostly protect around the torso and arms (since it's only the coat according to @GunshyFever). They don't stop Aki from being harmed by stronger enemies even when their AP is lower than the suit's durability. Scan on the profile shows that Katana Man was still able to heavily injure him, albeit the attack he used would normally slice apart people with comparable durability so the suit still came in clutch. Even if it can protect Aki, AoE from explosive weapons should be able to hit other areas.

Considering Katana Man is above most of Leon's arsenal in AP, the suit should be fine. Also, explosives will be difficult to use if Aki gets too close, Leon risk blowing himself up unless he keeps a fair distance.
