Well, the matter has been discussed more than once over the years, but to no avail


Without further ado, I'll present my points


Negación :

1. is stated to be a beam of light
2. Moves straight lines
3. is intangible and cannot be physically interacted
4. no mass ( not made of matter) < "A thin thread... entered me. A thread of spiritual-matter...? No, of negación." He offered no further explanation. < clear indication that this light is non-material in nature—that is, photons.

As we can see, the light does not violate any of the criteria set forth here.

My points are brief but clear, i believe that the light here is real light and should be treated as such, for the reasons I mentioned above.

From the laser dodging page:

Typically, lasers and other light-based attacks are only accepted to really move at the speed of light if they meet, at a minimum, a few of these criteria:

Those criteria being

• The beam behaves in a reasonably realistic way, such as reflecting off non-magical mirrors or refracting and diffusing through liquids and materials.
• The beam is stated to move at the speed of light by reliable sources.
• The beam is stated to be composed/consisting of photons or light itself, again by reliable sources.
• The beam originates from a real source of light, such as the Sun or the flash of a camera

You only fulfill one, that being the beam being called light which is honestly probably the weakest of the qualifiers.
However even that's questionable because one of your scans specifically uses the wording "the light of negacion" which wouldn't make sense if negacion was literally light itself. It's common for people to call things "light" if they just emit light and aren't actually photons themselves, and this wording implies negacion is a similar case.

Furthermore, there are a few criteria which show that a beam is not behaving like realistic light:

• The beam is shown to move at different speeds in the same material.
• The beam curves through the air or otherwise doesn't travel in straight lines (with the exception of realistic refraction or deflection).
• The beam primarily deals damage by means other than heating materials that absorb it.

When Aizen uses it we see rubble around him get shot up in the air, meaning negacion hitting the ground dealt damage through means other than heating up materials that absorb it.

It also technically cracks the sky even in your panel, although that might admittedly be in a gray area given its not really standard destruction

So as far as I'm aware, the OP does not provide enough evidence for our standards and the ability actually seems to go against our standards due to causing damage.

I don't see how this means it's made out of photons? (Also what's the scan anyway)

So what criteria for light speed does it fulfill?

The beam behaves in a reasonably realistic way, such as reflecting off non-magical mirrors or refracting and diffusing through liquids and materials.

The beam is stated to be composed/consisting of photons or light itself, again by reliable sources.

The beam originates from a real source of light, such as the Sun or the flash of a camera

And then it fails at

The beam primarily deals damage by means other than heating materials that absorb it.

and

The beam is tangible and can be interacted with physically by normal humans, as if it was a solid, liquid or gas. It shouldn't disperse when being hit as a substance would, and should not be redirectable without using a mechanism like refraction.

As we see here

It breaks the ground and acts as a barrier.
On top of having a bunch of other supernatural qualities to it, like seemingly removing the gravity and creating a "void" inside of it.

So Im not really sure if this should be considered real light.

A quick read of the standards page for laser determination would show that this only fulfills one criteria which is:

1. is stated to be a beam of light

This.

2. Moves straight lines

3. is intangible and cannot be physically interacted

These are only for the section meaning unrealistic behavior of light. They don't prove it, they only prove it contradicting being light. As if you read the rest of the page you'd see:

Please note that the opposite of these criteria do not prove a beam is at lightspeed, merely that it could be, should it meet enough criteria from the first list. Should there be great evidence in favor of the light being real or lightspeed, a comparably minor showing against it being real can be overruled. Other real life scientific details about the nature of light being given in relation to the beam can also qualify as criteria on their own, just like the evidence above, as long as they are sufficiently exclusive to light or lightspeed things.
