Live action electrical rodents finally fight it out

they should both be immune or atleast resistant to eachothers electrical stuff, both of their AP and dura seem to be baseline, speed is equalized, and both have unknown lifting strength, i think sonic has a range advantage but thats with electrical stuff which means pikachu will resist it so mostly pointless, and im not sure how the rings work, i dont know how their stamina compares either. basically both sides have their greatest strengths nullified or atleast weakened (electricity and speed.). and everything else is either equal or unknown, sonic does have bfr and a size advantage, where as pikachu has a intelligence, experience and skill advantage (i think.). so i think it could go either way. ┬»\_(Òâä)_/┬»
 
Rings work like portals that Sonic can summon to teleport to whenever he thinks, and to teleport others as well
 
Pikachu isn't exactly resistance to electricity manipulation. But if he was, I'd argue it's definitely not on Sonic's level since we've never seen him resist it on an 8-B scale. Gonna go for Sonic, even if he can't affect Pikachu with electricity then he BFR's.
 
Sonic's Perception manipulation gives Sonic an edge over Pikachu in Speed Equalized.

I'll count them but this was made before sonic got his 8-B so it's probably a stomp at this point...
 
Well, you can restrict Sonic's electricity. Even with restricted electricity on Sonic's side he still gets my vote for bfr.
 
How do you restrict an inherent power? Sonic's 9-B Physical attacks still shoot off Electricity, just the power output is unknown.

Simply put, restricting powers is allowed if said powers put a character in a higher tier.
 
The issue here though is that this ability is something Sonic always has. He can activate it whenever he wants to.

That doesn't matter, abilities putting characters in a diffrent tier like this can be restricted to keep fights fair, it's been done before and can be done in other fights.
 
Indeed, Goku can always use those in canon but they are restricted in certain match ups against opponents who are weaker then those forms to keep those fights fair.
 
Restricted the electrical surges, that's 7 anyway now so looks like grace.
