Who wins and why?

Adamantoise:

Not necessarily sure which one has superior attack power or even speed, but I personally side with Zorah primarily because its weak points are not so easily accessible like Adamantoise's weak points are (The Neck and eyes), and Zorah could easily reach those with fire breath attacks as well as physical strikes as a result of sheer size.

Plus, Zorah has rage mode that can somewhat buff up it's attack power, making it even stronger than before, and it can induce Fireblight in order to deal chip damage. On top of that, Zorah Magdaros is far smarter than Adamantoise as Zorah has a high weakness to the Dragon Element, which indicates a high level of intelligence and Adamantoise relies on animalistic instincts.

So for now my vote goes to Zorah I guess
