Honestly, tempted to say English via hax, as he's pretty much a canon vessel of PIS who is very possibly higher than 1-C.
Even in Homestuck, Hussie is the writer of the story. He had to limit his own interaction due to being too OP for the comic. Then English came knockin' on his front door way out in Hussiespace.
Hussie knew English was coming.
He knew his weakness.
He had his weakness at the ready.
It didn't work.
English then proceeded to kill Hussie, the guy who created him and the fictional verse he lives in.
English is the story's "big bad" (as Vriska put it), and is only going to be stopped by various acts of heroic ludicrousness.
However, Sleuth, Pickle Inspector, and Ace Dick together may be able to take English, because they're the good guys, and they're pretty damn good at it, too.
