Lord English's "double death" ability vs. High Godly Regenerationn

I have been reading up on Caliborn/Lord English's profile and saw the double death ability to effectively remove someone from existence

Is this to be indefinitely or does the ability still allow a High-Godly regenerative user to regenerate?

Not sure about High-Godly, but he can get certainly get past things up to mid-godly of his level and below. It's a possibility though, I suppose. Assuming said High-Godly being is on or below his level, of course.
